Flanders’ Care incentives for online help

In 2018, Flanders’ Care again supports five innovative online help projects in care and welfbeing , all of which have a focus on blended care. One of the selected projects is ‘Implementation of an online diary at psychiatric hospital De Pendel, in collaboratium with a mobile treatment team and a centre for outpatient mental healthcare’.

The project aims to introduce an online dairy as a part of treatment. PC Menen already has experience with digital tools and can rely on a clear vision on how such a tool can be incorprated in its current functioning. The project is strongly embedded in the local context, with skilled partners throughout the care chain to offer transmural care: ambulatory services by CGG Mandel & Leie, mobile treatment by Amphora and residential care by PC Menen. The goal is to use the journal to provide more continuity within local MHC.

Aa s partner of the Network Onlinehelp Flanders the Expertise Unit  Psychology, Technology & Societ offer support during the implementation process.
