Marc is klinisch en ontwikkelingspsycholoog en doctor in de psychologie (Universiteit Gent). Hij werkte als postdoctoraal onderzoeker aan het Wetenschappelijk Instituut Volksgezondheid, de Universiteit Gent en de Vrije Universiteit Brussel waar hij zich onderdompelde in thema’s zoals dementie, depressie, suïcide, eindelevenszorg en illegaal druggebruik. Hij werkte ook rond het gebruik van technologie in het domein van therapeutische begeleiding (eMental Health). Hij is een gediplomeerd trainer atletiek en was een competitief powerlifter. In zijn vrije tijd kan je hem in een gym vinden of achter een camera.
