The goal of the Carewear project is to improve current practice of organisations which are active in the field of wellbeing at work and mental healthcare. It aims to achieve this goal by implementing wearable technology. During the project, two intervention programs will be developed for wearables making use of (amongst other) skin conductance and heart rate variability. We hereby focus on burn-out prevention as our main intervention target in a corporate context and on the treatment of depression as an exploratory goal in the context of mental health care.
