Laura Debray is werkzaam als lector aan de Thomas More Hogeschool. Ze doceert Psychodiagnostiek 1, Psychodiagnostiek 3 KLP, Practicum 3 KLP en de instapmodule Statistiek binnen de opleiding Toegepaste Psychologie. Daarnaast begeleidt ze studenten Toegepaste Psychologie bij hun stage en bachelorproef. Binnen het Psychodiagnostisch Centrum (PDC) is ze tevens aanspreekpunt voor klinische psychologie.
